Committee Description

The Nominating and Bylaws Committee (NBC) is responsible for overseeing the Open Nominations Process and making recommendations for Planning Council membership. In addition to this responsibility, the NBC maintains a pool of prospective members, monitors attendance of Planning Council members, actively recruits applicants for NORAPC membership. Finally, the NBC works to maintain NORAPC’s bylaws and standard operating procedures and ensures Planning Council members receive appropriate training as required by the Health Resources and Services Administration.
