Franny is excited to join the NORAPC team as one of 3 new Planning and Engagement Coordinators! Originally from Texas, she has been a New Orleans resident for the last 6 years and is proud to call this city her home. Prior to joining NORAPC, she completed her Masters at the Tulane School of Public Health with a focus on International Health and Development. During her time at Tulane, interned with a local women’s transitional housing shelter, completed a research project in southwest Uganda, and gained experience in qualitative interviewing and community involvement. Franny looks forward to engaging with the local community through this new role and working alongside PLWH to improve their quality of life and access to care.
